2014 SCARES THAT CARE
Weekend Horror Convention
COMING June 27th - 29th 2014
Charity Event For Sick and Burned Children
and Women Fighting Breast Cancer
An extraordinary convention designed to delight horror genre fans while benefiting the families battling the REAL MONSTERS of childhood illness, burns and breast cancer.
The goal of Scares That Care! is to raise funds for these families in need and 100% of all funds raised goes directly to these families as everyone who works for the charity is a volunteer. So no salaries or compensation, except the great feeling that comes with helping and being “Good Ambassadors of Horror.” This show is designed to expand the potential for helping these families in need while also putting on a great weekend of fun and entertainment for fans of all ages! Events being held at the show will include the film festival, demos and seminars organized by Kent West and horror author Brian Keene will helm our author readings and discussions!
